Over the last couple of months the black tags have gone through a lot of training and preparation for the pre-grading assessments prior to their black belt grading, which are due to be held on the 5th May 2012 at our Wembley location. There were a lot of nerves on the days, but the applicants overcame their fears and are hopefully more confident for the real day. Well, the theory test was also very challenging and brain picking, in which they had to read all 15 questions correctly with the right understanding and choose the right answers. The applicants tried hard and all their marks will go towards their final total on the grading day. As for the board breaking, do not worry so much as the boards are not hard to break and if you use the correct technique with full power and a set routine, you will break the board into pieces. For you youngsters if you feel confident then you can use your cool kicks etc.
So come on and let’s train hard to be the best, as there is no time to lose and the days are now counting down. As it is rightly said that the essence of Tae Kwon Do lies in drawing out the very best in you and if you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will grow, so what do you all say, let us all go out there and show all of our skills with confidence, where there is no pain, there is no gain! So relax and enjoy your grading and do your best, good luck again to all the
applicants for their black belt grading.
