GRANDMASTER HWANG 9TH DEGREE SEMINAR.
On sat 23rd March, senior Palcic Taekwondo students and instructors attended a great seminar with Grandmaster Hwang. One of the 12 original ITF masters, GM HWANG was general Chois close aide and with him when he passed away.
As you can see from the photo, the seminar was packed with senior black belts, and even other masters and another Grandmaster in attendance.
A very good experience, and excellent seminar indeed. Senior Palcic Taekwondo instructors including Mr Paul Palcic VI, and Mr Anil Malhotra IV make it their business to regularly train under some of the highest and most famous Masters in the world, and Grandmaster Hwang who is head of Unified International Taekwondo Federation, is certainly one of the most senior Masters in the world.
