Huge congratulations to Palcic TKD chief instructor on achieving his VII Black Belt Master degree in Uruguay today he had this to say about it;
Very proud, honoured and humbled to confirm that after being tested by no less than 4 GrandMasters and including ITF President. ITF England members – Nick Bale, Paul Cook, and of course myself, have successfully passed our VII degree. Lost for words really.. but probably not for long..
